Booking & Deposits


A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your appointment.

All deposits are non-refundable, but may be transferred if rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.


Scheduling Policies


To provide the highest level of care to each client, we kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Missed appointments or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancelled appointment, and the deposit will be forfeited.

Please reschedule if you're feeling unwell or coming down with something.


Guests & Children


Due to space and liability considerations, additional guests and/or children cannot be accommodated—please arrive unaccompanied.


Refunds, Products & Gift Cards


Services are non-refundable.

All product sales are final. If a reaction occurs, please reach out within 7 days—store credit may be offered at the studio’s discretion.

Gift cards are non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash.


Professional Boundaries


Luxe & Leaf Aesthetics is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and professional environment.

Inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of services.
